
Why this card is awesome: Because I simply love the minor league shot. That looks like a high school field in the background.
Cool stat: Checking out Williams' career homers, I see that he hit one off Mike Flanagan. Who knows why that is interesting? (A little trivia for you...)

Could it be because both Williams and Flanagan were GMs?
Well, I don't believe Flanagan ever held the official title of GM, due to Angelos' stubborn little power games, but for all intents and purposes he was the co-GM (first with Jim Beattie, then with Jim Duquette) until Andy MacPhail rode in on his white horse.
