Why this card is awesome: Because some players look great in pinstripes....and then there's Tim Stoddard...
Cool stat: Tim Stoddard was very average. In fact, in the last 30 years, he's among the top 10 in most IP for relievers with ERA+ between 99 and 101.

In his early days with the Orioles, Tim was very good. In fact, if he'd been the closer instead of Don Stanhouse, Earl Weaver's lungs might be clearer.
He was also a teammate of one of the greatest college basketball players of all time, "Skywalker" David Thompson.
