IMPACT FACTOR 0/10: Griffin never made it to the big leagues, though he played in the minors as recently as 1995. He had a #1 draft pick card in the 1989 Topps set, too.

Griffin was great while playing for Team USA and in college at Georgia Tech. He played well until he hit Double-A and the Cubs decided to move him to 3B. He was horrible on the field and his batting average dropped considerably.
