
Why this card is awesome: Because Jimmy's showing some serious neck bling! Also 1987 was a pretty good year for AL starting pitchers. There were only two years in the 1980s when more AL pitchers won at least 19 games.

You mean there were only 2 seasons in which fewer AL pitchers had at least 19 wins?
No...I mean what I said. Click on the link. In 1980, 7 guys won 19 or more. In 1983, 5 guys did it. In the other 7 years (excluding 1988,) no more than 3 guys ever did it.
In 1989, 4 guys did it.
Oh yeah, geez. I read that list wrong TWICE.
